Dipped Strawberries

 
When we made the Memorial Day red, white, and blue strawberries, we found out that the extra crunch from the sugar bottom added a lot of taste and texture.
 
So, as an appetizer for a gathering, I dipped some strawberries in white chocolate and then added different color sugar to the tips. I used blue, red, purple, and pink. It made for a very pretty plate and was a snack the kids and adults enjoyed.
