Chocolate-covered pretzels are extremely easy to make, and the kids love to decorate and eat them.
Melt chocolate in a bowl. Using a spoon, cover as much of the pretzel as you wish.
Lay on wax paper and top with sprinkles.
On some of the pretzels, I drizzled white chocolate over the dark chocolate. (For my smaller candy platters, I broke the pretzels in half and then covered them with chocolate and sprinkles.)
