I saw a picture of these on Pinterest. We made glitter bulbs last year, so I followed the same technique we used then.
I placed about a teaspoon of Pledge floor care in a glass bulb. Swirl the cleaner around the entire inside of the bulb.
Add glitter to the bulb. It took about 1-2 teaspoons, but I just dumped it in and swirled it around until it covered the entire bulb. It takes more than you think.
Next, I hot-glued a green feather around the top of the ornament. Then I used paint markers to put on a face.
