Hostess Cupcake Cookies

Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup butter
2 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 7 oz marshmallow cream
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a dough forms. Scoop on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking pan for about 5 minutes.
To make the frosting: Beat the butter until it is creamy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Fold in the marshmallow cream. Set aside about 1/2 cup for the swirl on top.

Make the ganache. Pour the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl. Put the cream on top of the chips. Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Let it sit for 1 minute and then whisk it until smooth. Let the ganache cool for about 10 minutes.

Spoon the cream on top of the cookie. Chill the cookies in the refrigerator.
Then put the ganache on top of the cream. Allow the ganache to set.
Put the remaining cream in a plastic bag and pipe on top of the cookie.

Unique Dance Recital Bouquets

I bought some plastic vases from Walmart and glued merchandise to kabob sticks and placed them in a foam piece that was in the plastic vase. I did a painting one that had some suncatchers, paint, brushes and the other one had some nail polish, playdough, and some other toys. My niece is a huge Jared Goff fan, so we put a football card of him in one of the bouquets.
These were a huge hit compared to the flower bouquets that most kids were receiving.
