Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger or ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup chicken or beef broth
3/4 cup whipping cream
1lb gnocchi
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Brown the burger and onion in a skillet. Drain the fat. Stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning. Add the diced tomatoes, broth, cream, and gnocchi.
Stir and bring to a boil. Cover the pan, reduce heat, and cook for about 5 minutes. Uncover, stir, and then let cook uncovered for a few minutes (or until it has thickened). Add the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
