Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp butter, melted
garlic salt and parmesan cheese
In a stand mixer bowl, stir the water, yeast, brown sugar, and salt. Let sit for a couple of minutes. Add the oil and flour. Stir with a wooden spoon and then attach the hook attachment and knead for about 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 10x13. Cut 1 inch strips. Twist each strip once or twice and then place on a greased baking pan. Cover with a towel and let rise for about 30 minutes.
