Lunch Lady Brownies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 Tbsp vanilla

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar

Using a hand mixer, beat the melted butter and cocoa. Add the flour and sugar. Then add the eggs and vanilla. Mix this until just combined (don't over-mix). The batter will be very thick.
Line a 9x13 inch pan with tin foil. Spray the tin foil with cooking spray. Spread the batter in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the brownies from the pan by pulling up on the tin foil. Let the foil sit on a cooling rack for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the frosting. But the butter, milk, cocoa, and powdered sugar in a bowl and whip until combined. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk.
Spread the frosting on the slightly cooled brownies.

  1. Hey Erin I think you've got a really neat blog. If you want, I could host your website for you on its very own domain (it wouldn't have the .blogspot in the URL). I could also spruce up your website design and such, so if you're interested just let me know. :) independentwebhosting@gmail.com
