Lemon Sugar Cookies

5 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-4 drops lemon essential oil

Glaze Frosting: 
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoons milk
1-2 drops lemon essential oil

Mix the flour, soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Set aside. Cream the butter and sour cream together. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Then add the flour mixture. Chill the dough for a couple of hours. 

Drop about a Tablespoon of dough on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool on wax paper. Mix the glaze and frost the cookies.
