Carrot Banana Bread

This carrot banana bread is so delicious. It was adapted from an old Taste of Home recipe. 
Ingredients: 
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup grated carrots

Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, bananas, and oil. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients (just until it is moistened). 
Fold in the carrots. 
Transfer to a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. 

Remove to a wire rack and let cool.
