This recipe has been all over social media lately, so we decided to give it a try. It is delicious!
Ingredients:
1 large box of instant chocolate pudding (6 servings)
2 1/2 cups milk
7 oz marshmallow cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz container of Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Mix the pudding and milk together in a bowl. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the pudding on top of the parchment paper. Put in the freezer while you make the marshmallow layer.
Use a hand-held mixer to beat the marshmallow cream and cream cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Spread on top of the pudding layer and return to the freezer for 6-8 hours. I cut it in half and just used what we were eating at that time to place between two graham cracker halves. I returned the remaining pudding/marshmallow mixture to the freezer and just cut more squares when I want to make another one. That way the graham crackers don't get stale.
