Snowflake Art

We have done this type of art before, but I always have a hard time taking the tape off without ripping the paper. So, I started with textured sparkly cardstock this time. It worked so well!

I cut strips of duct tape and let the boys create snowflakes on the paper.
Then they used their fingers to spread blue paint all over the paper. A paint brush would work too, but they like to get messy.

They both used the same paint, but one created a thicker, darker layer.
Let the paint dry. Then remove the tape.
